Kieran began working in heritage menswear whilst studying in Edinburgh. This was followed by 6 years running tailoring and made to measure for an independent multi brand retailer. Kieran joined Richemont in 2016 working for the Montblanc UK maison until joining Authentic Bespoke in early 2019 where he manages the Retail across the group.
At Montblanc he became highly skilled in team training and development, inventory management and the importance of clientelling. Joining Authentic Bespoke was exactly the opportunity to combine his experience of heritage craftsmanship and modern retail disciplines that Kieran was looking for.
Rebecca has 14 years’ experience as commercial director of The Watch Gallery where she delivered profitable growth while maintaining strong financial and operational control. Prior to joining the business, Rebecca obtained an MBA from Cranfield University. She qualified as a Chartered accountant with the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England and Wales in 1993.
Alison is the founder and creative visionary behind accessories label, Ally Capellino, currently sold in over 30 countries worldwide. She trained in fashion and textiles before founding the label, recognised for its paired-down aesthetic in 1980. Under her guidance, Ally Capellino was one of the first British names to break into Japan. Several collaborations ensued, including with Tate galleries, Apple and Danish sportswear brand, Norse Projects. Alison was awarded an honorary Doctorate from the University of Hertfordshire for her contribution to fashion in 2014.
Following his degree at the University of Cambridge, and postgraduate study in Production Engineering, Alistair worked in product design before eschewing an MBA place at Cranfield to join the Tusting family business in 1990. Under his guidance, the company has evolved from a specialist leather hide provider into a global leather-goods label, with Tusting goods gaining a firm footing in the USA, China and Japan.
Stephen has been immersed in Retail for over 20 years, from working on the shop floor during university to head office. His depth of knowledge across Merchandising, Buying and Planning spans high street and luxury brands including Ralph Lauren, M&S, River Island and Habitat. His entrepreneurial spirit has influenced effective range management and profitability across apparel, accessories and homeware.
Sean is an award winning and multi-disciplined digital marketing professional. He specialises in delivering comprehensive strategies to drive online traffic, improve conversion rates & deliver tangible results for clients. His background includes Cycle Switch and latterly, Watchfinder, where he played a significant role in the company’s growth and resultant sale.
Stephen boasts over 30 years of Mergers & Acquisitions and Private Equity experience (Salomon Brothers Inc, Citi and Citadel Capital). He is a seasoned fiduciary and has been directly involved in consumer facing businesses since being appointed to the Board of Brown Thomas Group (Department stores) in Ireland in 1998. He was co-founder of the Watch Gallery and led the 2004 rescue of Savile Row tailoring house, H Huntsman & Sons. He holds an MA from Trinity College, Dublin.
